JOIN LIGHTS OUT VOLLEYBALL FOR AN INVITE-ONLY NEXT LEVEL ONE DAY VOLLEYBALL CLINIC!
LOV’s elite invite-only NEXT LEVEL program is for our athletes who desire to elevate their skills and compete at THEIR highest level. It is for athletes who are COMMITTED to working hard, bringing their ENERGY and undivided FOCUS into the gym.
This session will include 30 minutes of positional skill-based training, 15 minutes of speed, agility, & plyometric training and scrimmage play with live coaching and feedback during games. This clinic is for high school varsity athletes. We will implement creative college and professional-level techniques.
WHEN: NOVEMBER 20th, 7-9pm
WHERE: MORSE POND SCHOOL GYM

This session will be coached by 4x USAV & 3x Waupaca/US Open National Champion, CEO & Founder of LOV, Coach Hersh.
