1.5 hour private lesson for athletes who desire to compete at THEIR highest level. This lesson is for athletes who are COMMITTED to working hard, bringing energy and undivided focus into the gym.
Coach Hersh believes in highlighting the importance of positivity and the mind-body connection in his coaching. By personalizing each lesson to the individual needs of the athlete, Hersh is able to authentically connect and bring out the best in them. The effects of this program go beyond volleyball and we see our athletes improve in all areas of life.
We will constantly raise the ceiling every lesson for our athletes to reach their overall volleyball goals!
